When you are feeling run down, tired and not at your best, how can you be expected to be able to do all the things you want to do to the best of your ability. I am here to give you that time for yourself, help you relax and heal through massage so you can return to your family, friends and activities and be present with them 100%.

Massage has been used for thousands of years by many ancient societies and can have both mental and physical benefits. The most well known benefit being the relaxation and easing of tension in tired and aching muscles, benefiting soft tissue recovery. Massage also has the ability to reduce stress and anxiety as well as helping to boost your circulatory and immune system and stimulate your lymphatic system.

Most importantly massage provides you with the time for yourself in a calming and safe space.

I began my holistic massage qualification at the beginning of 2020 and when the pandemic hit I continued to study throughout lockdown. I was thrilled to be able to get back into the studio and continue the practical training, to complete the qualification by the end of the year.

Over the years I have realised was how important it is to take the time to care for yourself and how so many people really struggle to do just that. I want to provide you with the maximum benefit from taking time for yourself, slowing down and having a moment away from your busy schedule guilt free.

Since my primary qualification I have also qualified in Sports Massage which has become my main practice. I enjoy combing all schools of training to create a well rounded treatment. I also offer Deep Tissue, Pre & Post Natal Massage as well as Cupping Therapy (a definite favourite of mine).

In the Autumn of 2023 I began my 3 year degree in Acupuncture with the view to broaden my knowledge and scope for helping people by the end of 2026. I love being able to continue to expand my knowledge and skills in order to help my clients more effectively.

Outside of massage I am part of a CrossFit gym, I also run, swim and occasionally cycle. In my more quiet times I am happy to curl up with a series, film or book as well as search for my next adventure or challenge.
